Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later

“Wet Hot American Summer: 10 Years Later” premiers this Friday on Netflix. I had the pleasure of continuing to collaborate with my great friend, Craig Wedren, on the score for the new series. Being set in 1991 for the original camp counselors’ ten year reunion meant a ton of opportunities to pay homage to some of our favorite scores and songs of the era.

The bonkers-insane Camp Firewood story grows into an almost cinematic level of crazy epic-ness, and I absolutely loved returning to help score it.

All 8 episodes will be available for binging.  Enjoy!

“How to Be a Latin Lover”

In theaters this Friday!!

I had the pleasure of working with my friend and colleague Craig Wedren again by writing additional music along with orchestrating and conducting the score.  This funny, sweet comedy, directed by Ken Marino, stars Eugenio Derbez, Salma Hayek, Rob Lowe, and Kristen Bell in the story of a man who finds himself dumped after 25 years of marriage – a man who made a career of seducing rich older women – and must move in with his estranged sister.

“Spark of Rebellion”

I’m proud to present my new album of trailer music, “Spark of Rebellion” now available from Selectracks! Featuring ten tracks of massive epic orchestral hybrid music that range from dark and gritty, to drama, to heroic action. I love writing this stuff and experimenting with different ways of combining synths and other hybrid elements with orchestra.

The album is streaming on Soundcloud or direct download from Selectracks, please contact them for licensing.  Enjoy!

Filthy Preppy Teen$

I’m excited to announce that “Filthy Preppy Teen$”, the new comedy series I scored, is now streaming on Fullsreen.com and the Fullscreen app!  Originally done as an extra episode for the third season of NTSF:SD:SUV as a parody of shows like “Pretty Little Liars” and “Gossip Girl,” the new eight episode season picks up in the same vein by playing on the teen drama tropes while playing with parodies of even more genres.

Each episode is packed wall-to-wall with music with a number of licensed songs, our core score which is a blend of electro/pop/trap elements and orchestra, and a number of score parodies that were a lot of fun to do.

“Filthy Preppy Teen$” starring hannah Kasulka and Max Carver is produced by Paul Scheer, Jonathan Stern, Curtis Gwinn, Abominable Pictures and is now streaming on Fullscreen.
